Pre-sales
We provide a series of pre-sales service as follows:
1. Professional technical consultation service.
2. Field survey and learning. By communicating with our company, customers will have a full understanding on our enterprise scale, strength, management level and corporate culture, the types, specifications, models, technical performance, prices and guarantee period of our products and our after-sales service. Customers may decide what to purchase according to their actual requirement and strength.
3. The technicians and business representatives assigned by our company will communicate with customers for technical issues and provide the product performance, features, scheme design drawings and various parameters to help customers to choose the right products.
On-sales
1. Goods will be delivered within 45 days after the order is confirmed, which may subject to the model and quantities that purchased by customers.
2. Customers will be informed the production process, delivery schedule and shipping schedule by our sales representatives.
3. We will try to meet all kinds of requirements of customers in the course of production.
4. We will arrange production, QC and acceptance strictly as requirement of customers to smooth the work before delivery.
After-sales
All our products enjoy a guarantee period. In such period, any quality that not caused by human destroy or improper operation will be compensated according to the actual condition.
In case of problem, customers are kindly requested to send photos to us. We will arrange QC personnel and engineers to verify. If it meets failures due to normal operation, we will replace it.
